Creating an account
By signing up to our website and purchasing products from the Noodle Bowl, you are agreeing to below t&c’s. To carry out your order, we must have the following information:
• Your billing address and delivery address (if home delivery is selected) address;
• Your telephone number;
• Your email address, so we can supply you with important information such as your order confirmation and targetted marketing emails (if you opt into receiving these emails).
If you create an account,  it is your responsibility to keep your password secure though they are encrypted on our servers.

Product Prices
The price of goods charged shall be as quoted on the web site at the time you confirm your order with us. Excluding any inadvertent technical error on pricing, we will honour any prices as published at the time of placing your order. Your debit/credit card shall only be charged for items dispatched to you. All of our food products are charged with the appropriate VAT. Prices of goods do not include the delivery charge. We do endeavour to keep to the ingredients in the menu description but things are sometimes beyond our control when products become unavailable, we reserve the right to make certain changes to the menu if this is the case.
Gift Vouchers
1. Physical vouchers can be exchanged for cash against your order. You must let us know if you wish to do this in advance at the time of ordering. Change will not be given if the whole voucher is not used.
2. Vouchers can be used towards the purchase of goods at a higher price than their face value upon payment of the difference.
4. The Noodle Bowl is under no liability for replacement or refund should vouchers be lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed whether they have been redeemed or not.
5. Vouchers are only valid for the amount printed next to it.

Home Delivery
Home delivery is offered on all orders over £20.00 at a charge of £2.50 in Exmouth only. We are not able to deliver anything outside of Exmouth without prior agreement via phone, with these deliveries being charged an extra £1.50 upon delivery. Officially, we can not deliver further than this though please ask as we can arrange delivery outside of our peak times, delivery charges will be charged at a higher rate in these cases. We deliver personally to your home aiming for your booked delivery slot of 15 minutes, though we do reserve the right to deliver outside of this booking slot in the rare occasion.
All our meals are made fresh to order and you can book a delivery upto 7 days in advance at no extra charge to ensure your preferred delivery slot.
Please make sure you are at home to receive your order or leave delivery instructions if not. We reserve the right to charge a second delivery fee if the delivery address is incorrect or no one is home to receive the order. We also reserve the right to not offer a refund for these occasions.

Please ensure you are collecting on time to ensure your food is as fresh as possible during your booking slot.

Cancelling an order
Once payment is made, we will offer a full refund with at least 3 hours notice. If you wish to cancel your order with less notice, we reserve the right to offer a part refund only to cover the lost booking slot and any food already prepared for your order.

Allergens & dietary requirements

With all dishes cooked fresh, we are able to cater for a range of dietary needs. Please label in the appropriate section, any needs you have. Please note that all food is prepared and cooked in the same kitchen so we can not guarantee 100% against allergens although steps are taken to ensure the minimum risk of contamination.

Our refund policy
All our food is cooked fresh to order. If you are unsatisfied with any of the items in your order or any part of the delivery service, you must contact us straight away by phone – 01395 222277. We will take every step to ensure you are happy and correct the mistake. We also ask for photographic evidence. We shall be happy to exchange or refund any item that has been damaged in transit. If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item that you ordered, we shall send you the correct one as soon as possible. Obviously, we shall not charge you for the incorrect item.

Payment Methods
When using our shopping basket there are several payment options on checkout, you can choose to pay either by Debit or Credit Card through our secure payment gateway. If you prefer, we can take orders over the phone where you can make payment via a cardholder not present method, or by paying by cash on delivery. We do not accept cheque payments.
